1. The application shall follow all procedures, requirements and standards for major site plan approval specified in SECTION 800: Development Application Review Procedures of this ordinance.

2. A statement setting forth the need for and particulars on the operation of the structures and use shall be filed with the Planning Board.

3. In order to approve an application for a hospital, philanthropic or eleemosynary use, the Planning Board must conclude that the proposed use in the specific location is necessary and will service the community.
