On occasion, the Township Council authorizes the Planning Board to complete specialized planning studies in conjunction with the Master Plan. Upon adoption of any such study into the Master Plan by resolution of the Planning Board, the standards, goals and recommendations of said planning study shall be considered by the approving authority in evaluating any application for development proposed for the area or zone covered by such studies, and the applicant shall address such standards, goals and recommendations of the study in the application for development.
